1. Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, ask a question or request a site visit, we collect:

• your name and phone number, and your email address if you give one;
• your message, your preferred visit date, and the estate or plot you asked about;
• the language you were using on the website.

Like most websites, our servers also record your IP address and basic technical details of your visit (such as the pages requested and your browser type). We use these to keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not ask for payment details, identity numbers or passwords on this website.

2. How we use your information

We may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, including to confirm that we received your enquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

• to reply to your enquiry and give you the information you asked for;
• to arrange and confirm site visits;
• to follow up about the plot or estate you showed interest in, and — if you decide to buy — to prepare your reservation and purchase;
• to keep records, run and secure the website, and improve our service.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with:

• our staff and sales agents who handle enquiries;
• service providers who help us run the website and contact you (for example hosting, SMS, WhatsApp and email providers), who must protect it;
• public authorities, where the law requires us to.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We also count page views and button clicks anonymously (for example, how many people viewed a plot or tapped WhatsApp) to see which plots are popular. These counts use no cookies and are not linked to you: we do not store your IP address or any personal identifier for them.

To show maps and fonts, your browser loads content from third-party services (OpenStreetMap for map tiles and Google Fonts). Those services receive your IP address and device details as part of the request, and their own privacy policies apply. Links to WhatsApp open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, to follow up with you, and to meet legal and record-keeping duties. After that we delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information, or stop using it for follow-up contact;
• stop contacting you, or withdraw a consent you gave.

8. Children

This website is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
